Returns or Refunds

Certainly a rare event but we wanted you to be aware of our thoughts on returns or refunds from the purchases made here on our website. If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase from us for any reason the first thing to do is to call us at 1-802-644-9454. We want to hear of the issue.

-You may return unopened syrup for a full refund within one week of delivery

-We only accept returns of unopened syrup.

If your syrup was damaged during shipment, contact us. We will get it replaced and start the insurance claim through the carrier.

If there is an undeniable quality control issue with your product we will offer a full refund within one week of delivery.
